Return & Exchange Policy – Ralia Homes
At Ralia Homes, we believe comfort and quality go hand in hand. If you need to return or exchange a product, here’s everything you need to know to make it as simple and smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Items sold as sets like cushion covers or bowls with spoons must be returned as a complete set.
Cushion fillers are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Timelines to Keep in Mind
For damaged or incorrect products, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Share clear photos and an unboxing video for verification. This is required to process the return or exchange.
For general returns or exchanges, requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds for approved returns will be credited within 5 to 7 days to the original payment method.
Exchanged products will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.

What We Cannot Accept
Products that are exactly as ordered and delivered in perfect condition.
Items returned after the allowed timelines.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Custom-made products or items explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Cushion fillers, these are not eligible for return or exchange.

Charges & Customer Responsibility
For exchanging a product with a different one, a nominal fee of ₹500 per item applies, plus any price difference.
For returns due to damaged or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping cost.

We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right. Kindly note that shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer

Refund Guidelines
Refunds will be processed for approved returns after deducting any applicable shipping charges.
The original packaging and invoice are required to complete the refund.

A Few Important Notes
Returns that don’t meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order.
